Refunds & Cancellation
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Customers must request a return within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
